I still remember how dumb founded I was when I first ended up in my first business. I wasn’t actually looking to go into business on my own, it just happened. Many years I was at the top of my game and thought I was the best of the best as far as management went. I’ve been in the best of the best of fortune 500 companies and figured I was on the path to career achievement and retirement. Money was good, customers were happy, employees had no issues, every day was a beautiful thing. However, when you least expect it, that is when the worst hits. But, when that worst hits, that just means the next opportunity is there for growth.
